If you are looking for a restaurant in Mariental, you may find that the options are very limited. As Mariental is such a small town, there are not many restaurants, but one thing is for sure – Tahiti Restaurant serves some of the best dishes in town and surrounding areas.

Our restaurant strives to provide guests with delicious, local cuisine options that will satisfy any taste. If you have been spending the entire day on the road, the last thing you want to worry about is food – that is what we are here for! And, as our restaurant also has a fully licensed bar where guests can enjoy an ice-cold Namibian draught to shake off the long, hot day.

Our food is served at the restaurant, but we also have a take-away option available. We are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and our menu also includes a range of options suitable for children. On Sundays, we mostly do buffet lunches.

Seeing that Tahiti Guesthouse also has its own conference centre, our restaurant also takes care of the catering for large groups. Reservations and walk-ins are always welcome!

Namibian cuisine varies in the different regions of the country, but one thing that stays constant across the country is Namibians’ love for meat. No matter where you find yourself, you are bound to find a group of people braaiing (barbecuing).

Our menu at Tahiti Guesthouse includes a range of options for visitors who are eager to taste Namibian meat – we serve game meat, including springbok, kudu, and other antelope, as well as other meat types such as beef, lamb, and chicken. Our restaurant is famous for our delicious steaks, as well as our massive homemade beef burgers.

Other options include delicious pizzas, schnitzels, salads, and so much more. We have a daily lunch menu available, and guests are welcome to join us for delicious home-style cooked meals including options like Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Pasta, and other hearty meals. These meals can be ordered to take home.

We also run a daily special known as our Muffin Mornings – guests are welcome to join us for a delicious, freshly baked muffin and filter coffee anytime from 07:00 – 11:00.
